  2. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-029: Plat Note Amendment</u></strong><br>Consideration of a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida approving a Plat Note Amendment for parcel C of the Debuys Plat to permit a maximum of 135,000 square foot public charter school, generally located at 8401 University Drive (Somerset Charter Expansion; Application No. 2025-29-P); providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
  3. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-031: Amending the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants</u></strong><br>Consideration of a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida approving an amendment to a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, recorded as Instrument No. 109938295 in the Broward County Public Records, to provide for a maximum of 135,000 square feet of public charter school use permitted on the school property located at 8401 University Drive, subject to conditions; providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
  4. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-028: Somerset Academy Expansion</u></strong><br>Consideration of a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida approving a Special Exception, Site Plan Amendment and Community Appearance Board application to permit an expansion to an existing educational institution, generally located at 8401 University Drive (Somerset Charter Expansion; Application Nos. 2025-18-SE, 2025-17-SPA & 2025-19-CAB); providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
  5. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-005: Amending the MiraLago Master Plan</u></strong><br>Consideration of an Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida approving an amendment to the approved Miralago Master Plan to allow for a maximum of 135,000 square feet of development on parcel C and to amend conditions of approval established in Ordinance 2011-036 pertaining to maximum development allowances for the property; generally located at the northwest corner of N. University Drive and W. Hillsboro Blvd. (Somerset Academy Expansion; Application No. 2025-5-MPA): providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
