  1. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-032 Authorizing Issuance of a Roadway Improvement Special Assessment Revenue Note, Series 2026</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida authorizing the issuance of a Roadway Improvement Special Assessment Revenue Note, Series 2026, and the execution and delivery of a loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $6,600,000 to finance various capital improvements; accepting the proposal of TD Public Finance LLC; approving the form of loan agreement and note; providing for the payment of such note from certain special assessment revenues received by the City and other non-ad valorem revenues of the City; providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; providing for severability; providing an effective date; and for other purposes.
  2. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-006: FY 2026 Mid-Year Budget Amendment (First Reading)</u></strong><br>An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending Ordinance 2025-010 which adopted the budget of the City of Parkland for Fiscal Year 2025/2026; providing for severability and providing for an effective date.
  3. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-005: Amending the MiraLago Master Plan (First Reading)</u></strong><br>An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida approving an amendment to the approved Miralago Master Plan to allow for a maximum of 135,000 square feet of development on parcel C and to amend conditions of approval established in Ordinance 2011-036 pertaining to maximum development allowances for the property; generally located at the northwest corner of N. University Drive and W. Hillsboro Blvd. (Somerset Academy Expansion; Application No. 2025-5-MPA): providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
  4. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-020: Pine Trails Park Basketball Court Bleacher Shade Canopies</u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, approving the award to Lanier Plans, Inc. d/b/a KorKat for Pine Trails Park Basketball Court Bleacher Shade Canopies, ITB 2026-06, in an amount up to $92,476; providing for execution; providing for an effective date.
