1. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-040: Removal of a Jersey Barrier and Enclosure of Building "B" at the Somerset Charter School </u></strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, approving a Site Plan Amendment, and Community Appearance Board application, to remove a Jersey barrier and enclose existing Building “B” consisting of approximately 4,500 square feet at the Somerset Charter School generally located at 8401 University Drive; providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
2. <strong><u>Resolution 2026-037: FY 2026 Fee Schedule Amendment</u> </strong><br>A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, to amend the administrative and user fee and charge schedules for services, activities, and use of facilities provided by the City of Parkland as presently set forth in Resolution 2025-054, providing adjustments to the user fees and charges schedule; providing for execution; providing for an effective date.
