  2. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-007: Administrative Platting</u></strong><br><span style="margin-left:0in;">An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the City's Land Development Code by amending Article 30, “General Development Review Procedures”, and Article 45 “Platting and Subdivisions”, to provide for administrative approval of plats in accordance with Section 177.071, Florida Statutes; Providing for conflicts, severability, codification, and an effective date.
  3. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-008: Residential Compatibility</u></strong><br><span style="margin-left:0in;">An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the City's Future Land Use Element and Land Development Code, Article 20, “General Provisions” to include factors for assessing compatibility of allowable residential units and measures for mitigating potential incompatibility in accordance with section 163.3194(7), Florida Statutes; providing for transmittal, conflicts, severability, codification, recertification, and an effective date.
  4. <strong><u>Ordinance 2026-010: Modified Parking Standards</u></strong><br><span style="margin-left:0in;">An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Parkland, Florida, amending the City's Land Development Code by amending Article 90, “Off-street Parking and Loading” to modify dimensional parking standards and related vehicular use area interior landscaping standards; providing for conflicts, severability, codification, and an effective date.
