1. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2024-17 Portable Radios - Police Department - Cooperative Purchasing Agreement - (FY 2024 Budget – Machinery and Equipment and Other Contractual Services - ARPA Funded)</u></strong>: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-19 to enter into an Agreement with Motorola Solutions from the Florida State Contract No. 43190000-22-NASPO-ACS (Public Safety Communications Products, Services, and Solutions) through the cooperative purchasing process to purchase sixty-five (65) Motorola APXN70 portable radios for the Police Department for $511,525.95. Funding to support the purchase is available from ARPA funds and FY 2024 Budget – Machinery and Equipment and Other Contractual Services.
2. Approval of Joseph L. Fallon Scholarship Award - One (1) Scholarship Award:</u></strong> <span data-preserver-spaces="true" id="isPasted">Motion to recommend approval to award one (1) student scholarship check for $1,000.00 for the Joseph Fallon Scholarship Award. Funding for the proposed awards is available within the FY 2024 Budget - General Fund.
