Funding to support purchases under this proposed agreement is available within the FY 2024 Budget - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
  2. <strong id="isPasted"><u>Resolution No. 2024-31 - ITB #2024B-009 — Main Water Treatment Plant LAB Renovation Project Award (Task Order No. 330) - Invitation to Bid (ITB No. 2024B-009) - Utilities Department (FY 2024 Budget Funded - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund) – Creative Contracting Group:</u></strong> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-31 to award ITB #2024B-009 (TO #330) - Main Water Treatment Plant LAB Renovation Project in the amount not to exceed $259,300 to Creative Contracting Group. to update the A/C system, updating various spaces to maximize use, updating the facility restroom, updating the electrical system, new flooring, and a fresh coat of paint. Funding for this project is available from the Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund.

Resolution No. 2024-30 - ITB #2024B-008 — Davis Road Bridge Repairs at the L-10 Canal Project (TO#310) - Public Works - ARPA Funded - Titan Construction Management, Inc.:</u></strong> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-30 to award ITB #2024B-008 (TO #310) - Davis Road Bridge Repairs at the L-10 Canal Project in the amount not to exceed $298,820.10 to Titan Construction Management, Inc. for construction that consists of demolition, structural bridge repairs, guardrail, handrail and minor incidental work. Funding for this project is available from ARPA funds.

Resolution No. 2024-29 - ITB #2024B-010 — Lakewood Road and Canal Road Solar Lighting Improvements Project (TO #337) - Public Works - (FY 2024 Budget Funded - CDBG Funds) - RMJ Maintenance, Inc.:</u></strong> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-29 to award ITB #2024B-010 (TO #337) - Lakewood Road and Canal Road Solar Lighting Improvements Project to RMJ Maintenance, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $205,100 as part of the FY 2024-Budget Funded and CDBG Funds Project. Funding for this project is available from CDBG grant funds in the amount of $125,051 and the balance of $80,049 is funded through General Funds.
