1. <strong><u>Approval of Insurance Renewal (FY 2025) - Property, Casualty, Liability, Special Coverage & Workers Compensation - Florida Municipal Insurance Trust (FMIT)</u></strong> Motion for the approval to renew insurance coverage for Property, Casualty, Liability, Special Coverage & Workers Compensation with Florida Municipal Insurance Trust (FMIT) for FY 2025.
2. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2024-39 Purchase Order - (FY 2024 General Fund) - Public Works Department - Duval Ford:</u></strong> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-39, a Purchase Order with Duval Ford through a Cooperative Agreement (FSA22-VEL-30) for $126,354.48 for two (2) Ford F250 utility trucks. Funding to support this purchase is available from the FY24 General Fund Budget - Public Works.
3. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2024-42 - Emergency Purchase Order for the Police Department's Existing Building HVAC System Control Upgrades (FY24 General Fund) Police Department - <strong id="isPasted"><u>Advanced Control Corporation</u></strong>:</u></strong> Motion to approve resolution No. 2024-42, to ratify an emergency purchase order with Advanced Control Corporation in the amount not to exceed $55,921.00 to immediately procure the necessary parts and equipment to resolve HVAC problems at the existing Police Department Building at 230 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs. Funding for this project is available from #01229-56200.
