  1. <strong><u>Approve Change Order No. 1 – Kudza Road Lift Station Emergency Generator (Task Order No. 317) Contract Time Extension – Utilities Department - (FY 2025 Budget Funded - Water & Sewer Fund) – Hinterland Group Inc.:</u></strong> Motion for the approval of Change Order No. 1 [Task Order No. 317] with Hinterland Group for a contract extension of 57 days for the Kudza Road Lift Station Emergency Generator.
  2. Resolution No. 2025-07 Purchase Agreement for Submersible Pumps - Utilities Department (FY 2025 Budget Funded - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund) - PSI Technologies, Inc.: Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-07 for a purchase agreement from PSI Technologies, Inc. for sixteen (16) submersible pumps. The current contract term is three (3) years, expiring June 9, 2025, with an option to renew for two additional one (1) year terms. Funding is available for the proposed purchase from the Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
  3. Resolution No. 2025-02 - Cooperative Purchase Agreement for Vacuum Sewer Cleaning Truck - Vactor Manufacturing: Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-02 to execute a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Vactor Manufacturing for $537,816.70 to purchase a vacuum sewer cleaning truck from Environmental Products Group (local distributor for Vactor Manufacturing) utilizing the Sourcewell Agreement that was completed through a competitive selection process (RFP No. 101221 - Sewer Vacuum, Hydro-Excavation, and Municipal Pumping Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies - December 20, 2021). Funds to support this proposed purchase are available within the FY 2025 Budget - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
  4. <strong><u>Grant Award - Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Justice Assistance Edward Byrne Grant Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG):</u></strong> Motion for the approval of Grant Award from the Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Assistance Edward Byrne Grant Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) for $15,571 to help cover the costs of purchasing Glock Model 45 pistols equipped with integrated red dot sights for the Police Department. There is no fiscal impact for accepting this grant award.
  5. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2025-04 Approve Lease Agreement with Palm Beach County for Fire Station (PBCFR Station No. 39) for Provision of Fire Rescue Services to Village:</u> </strong>Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-04 to extend a lease with Palm Beach County for Fire Station No. 39 at 230 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs, FL 33461 for six (6) years for $67,000 annually with a provision for fire rescue services in the Village.
