1. Resolution No. 2025-13 Amendment to Piggyback Agreement - Emergency Vehicle Equipment - FY 2025 General Fund - Police Department Shyft Group Upfit Services Inc./ Strobes-R-Us:</u></strong> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2025-13 an Amendment to the Piggyback Agreement with Broward County Sheriff’s Office contract awarded to the Shyft Group Upfit Services Inc./Strobes-R-Us for $122,961.68 to purchase emergency vehicle equipment to install on eight (8) 2025 marked patrol vehicles and five (5) 2025 unmarked vehicles. Funding is available in the FY 2025 Budget - General Fund - Vehicles.
2. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2025-12 Contract Award (ITB# 2025B-005) with RMJ Contractors for the Lakewood Road Solar Lighting Project Phase 2 - CDBG funded:</u></strong> Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-12 to execute an Agreement with RMJ Contractors for ITB #2025B-005 (TO #311) for an amount not to exceed $133,000 to install 18 new solar lighting poles along Lakewood Road between Kirk Road and Davis Road. This initiative is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Fiscal Year 2025.
3. Authorize Emergency Repair - Gravity Sewer Repair Davis Road - Utilites (FY 2025 Budget - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund): Motion to approve an emergency repair and piggyback an agreement with Indian River County for a repair on the Village's 4" gravity sewer line that runs across Davis Road. Integrated Solutions was hired for the repair, costing $43,985.00. Funding to support the emergency purchase is available from the FY 2025 Budget-Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
4. (Quasi-Judicial Hearing) Proposed Resolution No. 2025-14 - Site Development Plan Amendment (SPR25-01) with a Waiver - Palm Tran Public Transit Operation Center - 1200 South Congress Avenue: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2025-14 for an application submitted by Ms. Beth Smith from Miskel Backman LLP, agent for the Applicant, MG Congress LLC, (“Applicant”), for a Site Plan Amendment (SPR25-01), to re-use the existing Off Lease Only car dealership as a 42,052 sq ft and a Waiver for Palm Tran Paratransit Operation Center to improve micro-transit services at 1200 South Congress Avenue.
