Funding is available for this project.
2. <strong><u>Approval of a Purchase Order with Ranger Construction for Milling and Paving Work:</u></strong> Motion to approve entering into Work Order #01 with Ranger Construction Industries utilizing the Palm Beach County Engineering and Public Works Agreement Contract No. 2024050 - Milling and Resurfacing Continuing Services Construction. Funding is available from Account Number 01441-55300.
3. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2025-33 - Lease Agreement with Charles J. Taylor Post 4360 VFW For Use of Village Building as Clubhouse and Meeting Hall:</u></strong> Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-33 to enter the new Lease Agreement with Charles J. Taylor Post 4360 VFW for use of the Village Building at 222 Cypress Lane as a Clubhouse and Meeting Hall.
