1. <strong><u>Approve Expenditure to Purchase New Office Furniture for the Police Building Expansion Project - Piggyback – Police Department (FY 2025 Budget Funded) – Florida DMS Contract:</u></strong> Motion to approve a Purchase Agreement with JC White Furniture in the amount of $195,304.38 Piggybacking Florida DMS Contract 56120000-24-NY-ACS (Furniture, All Types) to purchase furniture for the Police Department. Funding is available from FY 2025 Budget - General Fund - Machinery and Equipment – Capital Expense Account.
2. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2025-43</u></strong><strong><u> - Contract Award – ITB No. 2025B-007 – Main Water Treatment Plant & Pratt Water Treatment Plant: Miex and Slaker Roof and Gutter Replacement (TO No. 376 & No. 377) - Utilities Department – Creative Contracting Group:</u> </strong>Motion for the approval of Resolution No. 2025-43 to enter into an agreement with Creative Contracting Group for $222,300 for the Main WTP & Pratt WTP Miex and Slaker Roof and Gutter Replacement Project. Funding is available from the Water and Sewer Fund.
3. <strong><u>Approval of Third Amendment for Shellard Lighting Designs, LLC for Village Holiday Tree:</u> </strong>Motion to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with Shellard Lighting Designs, LLC for a total of $27,350 for the installation of the decorated Village Holiday Tree with lighting for two years. Funding is available from the Parks and Recreation General Fund.
