1. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2026R-03 — Authorizing Issuance of a Tax Increment Revenue Note and Approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Village as Guarantor of the Loan:</u></strong> Recommend approval from the Village Council to authorize issuing a Tax Increment Revenue Note to provide the CRA with financial flexibility to leverage developers' investments and might include, but not be limited to, infrastructure (water/sewer/drainage) projects, public realm amenities in new activity centers, development gap financing, and/or parcel acquisition.
