  2. Work Authorization No. SAK-U06 Trenchless Rehabilitation Services (Sewer Lining) (FY 2026 Budget Funded - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund) - SAK Construction, LLC: Motion to approve Work Authorization No. SAK-U06 with SAK Construction, LLC for $229,791.50 for sewer lining and utility hole rehabilitation for the Village's utility system. Funding to support purchases under this proposed agreement is available within the FY 2026 Budget — Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
  3. <u><strong>Resolution No. 2026-28 - Approve Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Capital Improvement Agreement with PBC - Public Works Department for FY26-27:</strong></u> Motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-28 to receive annual grant funding through the Palm Beach County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for infrastructure improvements in the designated target area. The annual allocation for FY26-27 is $142,079, designated for Royal Palm Park Improvements Project. The project is funded through CDBG Grant fund. The improvements to the park being proposed are new fencing, landscaping, new pavilion, ADA pathway, and new park monument sign.
  4. Ratification of Emergency Procurement for HVAC Replacement at the Police Department: Motion to ratify the emergency procurement and authorize payment for the replacement of the failing 40-ton Trane Split system unit serving the original building at the police department. The replacement, procured through Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase with Hall Mechanical and Air Conditioning LLC, is at a cost not to exceed $251,557.21. This action was necessary to ensure continued facility operability due to the urgent risk of HVAC system failure and the long lead time for the replacement unit.
  5. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true"><strong><u>Approve Amendment No. 3 to Work Authorization CH-U0</u></strong><strong><u>1-Utilities Operations Building - Task Order No. 331 - Professional Engineering Services – CHA Consulting, Inc:</u></strong> Motion to approve Amendment No. 3 to Work Authorization with CHA Consulting</p>
