The applicants are requesting voluntary annexation, the Planning and Zoning Board will not be voting on tonight, of the property into the Village of Palm Springs in accordance with Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, located at 1580 Prairie Road.
2. <u><strong>Residential Planned Unit Development Si</strong></u><strong><u>te Plan (SPR26-08) with one Waiver - 1580 Prairie Road:</u></strong><strong> </strong> Motion to recommend approval of an application submitted by Urban Design "Agent" for the applicant, Contract Purchaser, FL Residential Solution, LLC, for a Planned Unit Development Site Plan (<strong data-pasted="true">SPR26-08</strong>) with one waiver, for the construction of 48-unit residential town homes on one (1) parcel located at 1580 Prairie Road totaling 3.57 acres and generally located between Forest Hill Boulevard and Cherokee Road on the east side of Prairie Road.
3. <strong><u>Approval of February 10, 2026, Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Meeting Minutes:</u></strong> Motion to approve the August 11, 2026, minutes from the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board meeting.
