3. <strong><u>Presentation of the 2nd Ave North Complete Streets Conceptual Plans: </u></strong><span style="text-align: left; margin-top: 0.5em; margin-bottom: 0.5em;">Keshavarz and Associates will present a concept plan for non-motorized improvements along 2nd Avenue North to support SoVi's pedestrian activity center, funded by a $1.5 million Transportation Alternatives grant.
