  2. <strong><u>Contract Award – IFB No. 2026B-002 – Vacuum Pump Station No. 2 Modifications (Task Order No. 379) - Utilities Department — Industry Standard Inc.:</u></strong> Approval of Contract Award to Industry Standard Inc. for Vacuum Pump Station No. 2 Modifications (Task Order No. 379) in the amount of $1,736,582.
  3. <span style="text-align: left; margin-top: 0.5em; margin-bottom: 0.5em;"><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;">Service Employees International Union/Florida Public Services Union (SEIU/FPSU) Agreement - Reopener Amendments (</span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; text-decoration: underline;">TA):</span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"> </span>Motion to approve the SEIU Agreement - Reopener Amendments (TA). The Agreement will provide a 4% across-the-board increase effective as of October 1, 2026. Employees will be eligible for a 2% merit increase for FY 27. The impacts related to the proposed salary increases are within the approved FY 2027 Budget - General Fund.
  4. Temporary Use Permit — Gofo Inc. — 2949 2nd Avenue North:</u></strong> Approve a Temporary Use Permit for Ashyla Properties, LLC to Allow Temporary Operation of a Warehouse and Distribution Center by Gofo Inc. at 2949 2nd Avenue North.
  5. <strong><u><em>(Second Reading/Final Public Hearing)</em> Ordinance No. 2026-06 — Establish Fiscal Year (FY 26/27) Millage Rates - Operating & Debt Service: </u></strong> Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2026-06 on Second and Final Reading, establishing the Village of Palm Springs’ final operating millage rate at <strong data-pasted="true">3.5000 mills</strong>, which is <strong>6.21% below the rolled-back rate of 3.7319 mills</strong>, and establishing the <strong>voted debt service millage rate at 0.1746 mills</strong>, for a <strong>combined millage rate of 3.6746 mills</strong> for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The certified gross taxable value for operating purposes is $2,450,202,215, and the taxable value for debt service purposes is $2,454,565,746, as certified by the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.
  6. <strong><u><em>(Second Reading/Final Public Hearing) </em>Ordinance No. 2026-02 Adopt FY 2026-2027 Budget:</u></strong> Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2026-02; adopting an annual budget for the year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027, in the amount of $96,717,343 for the Village's projected operating expenditures.
