- <strong><u>Sodium Hypochlorite Contract - Piggyback Renewal - Utilities Department (FY 2027 Budget Funded - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund):</u></strong> Motion to approve the Piggyback Agreement with Allied Universal Corporation for the purchase and delivery of sodium hypochlorite at $1.77 per gallon, utilizing Charlotte County Contract No. 20250605, Water and Wastewater Chemicals – Annual Contract, for the period ending September 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed the funds appropriated in the FY 2027 Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund.
- <strong><u>(First Reading) Ordinance No. 2026-07 - Voluntary Annexation — 1580 Prairie Road:</u></strong> Motion to approve the application submitted by Urban Design Studio, acting as agent for the applicants and contract purchaser, FL Residential Solution, LLC. The applicants are requesting the voluntary annexation of the property at 1580 Prairie Road into the Village of Palm Springs, pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes.
- <strong><u>(First Reading/First Public Hearing) Ordinance No. 2026-05 - Small-Scale Land Use Amendment and Rezoning — 1580 Prairie Road:</u></strong> Motion to recommend approval of Ordinance No.2026-05 of a request for a Small-Scale Land-Use Amendment of the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and Rezoning of 3.81 acres located at 1580 Prairie Road, which is currently developed with a 3,050 sf place of worship building and projected for redevelopment into a multifamily residential townhouse community. Voluntary annexation of the subject property is requested.
- Approve Contracts for RFP No. 2026R-001 Water Utility Maintenance and Repair — Utilities Department (FY 2027 Funded - Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund) - Multiple Vendors: Motion to approve contracts with TCLM Enterprise, Inc., Industry Standard, and Hinterland Group, LLC for Water Utility Maintenance and Repair services and authorize the Mayor and/or appropriate Village officials to execute the agreements and related documents, subject to the terms of the solicitation and availability of budgeted funds.
