2. ADOPT RESOLUTION 2024-R-186 authorizing the execution of Amendment No. 1 to LPA0602 Palatka Water Main Replacement via Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to increase the grant total award to $10,500,000 (100% grant)
