ADOPT RESOLUTION 2024-R-179 authorizing execution of Change Order #1 with Kent Brothers, Inc. for the Moseley Avenue to Railroad tracks project in the amount of $143,352.62 for changes due to unforeseen conditions and reconciliation of unused quantities and quantity overruns. (100% grant funded).
  3. ADOPT RESOLUTION 2024-R-186 authorizing the execution of Amendment No. 1 to LPA0602 Palatka Water Main Replacement via Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to increase the grant total award to $10,500,000 (100% grant)
