  2. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Adopt Resolution</span> 2025-R-43 to amend the Public Transportation Grant Agreement with FDOT, increasing funding by $15,000 for access control and gate upgrades at Palatka Municipal Airport, and approve Change Order No. 1 with Santa Fe Overhead Doors LLC, increasing the contract value by $11,192.50.
  3. DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - Fireworks for the Blue Crab Festival to be included in the Island Outdoor Management Inc. DBA North Florida Pyrotechnics contract for an additional $12,000 to be paid by the City.
  4. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Adopt Resolution</span> 2025-R-48 Recommendation to Award Contract for Palatka Kay Larkin Fire Station Bay Door and Window Wind Retrofit to MIE, Inc. in the Amount of $312,396.52 (Grant-Funded Project).

Ordinance 2025-17 Amendment of the Future Land Use Map of the Adopted Comprehensive Plan in regard to property located at 1822 Twigg St. Palatka, Florida, From City of Palatka Other Public Facilities (OPF) to City of Palatka Residential Medium (RM) Parcel No. 12-10-26-1070-0080-0020 (First Reading).
  7. Ordinance 2025-13 Amendment of the Future Land Use Map of the Adopted Comprehensive Plan in regard to property located at 1609 Edgemoor St. Palatka, Florida, From Putnam County Urban Reserve (UR) to City of Palatka Residential Low (RL) Parcel No. 13-10-26-0000-0260-0002 (First Reading).
