2. ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-75 authorizing the Palatka Police Department to utilize the law enforcement trust fund in the budgeted amount not to exceed $10,000 to purchase safety equipment, training equipment and community service supplies.
3. ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-81 Authorizing Award of ITB 2024-21 to Gray Construction Services, Inc. for the Price-Martin Facility Hardening Project in the Amount of $970,969.00 (Grant Funded + 50k City funds).
