  2. <strong>Adopt Resolution 2025-R-110</strong> Approving the Locally Funded Agreement (LFA) with FDOT for the Reid Street Project (Financial Project No. 210026-2-52-01) and Authorizing the City’s Local Funds Contribution of $189,371.00, to be Wired to FDOT by October 1, 2025.
  3. <strong>ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-113</strong> Authorizing a piggyback contract for the City of Palatka's Vulnerability Assessment grant
  4. <strong>Adopt Resolution 2025-R-107</strong> Approving Change Order No. 1 to Ferreira Construction Company for Lift Station #16 Improvements (ITB 2024-20), Increasing the Contract Amount by $243,865.88 for a Revised Total of $1,930,545.88.
  5. <strong>ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-111</strong> authorizing an increase to Passero Associates work order #24-69R in an amount not to exceed $5,000 for a total contract amount of $39,800 for the construction administration of the Airport Obstruction and Tree Removal Project.
  6. <strong>ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-112</strong> authorizing Passero Associates work order #25-67F in an amount not to exceed $95,000 for the final design and bidding for Phase 1 of the Taxiway "E" project at Kay Larkin Airport. 100% grant funded.
  7. <strong>ADOPT RESOLUTION 2025-R-102</strong> Ratifying the CRA’s Recommendations from the August 11, 2025 Meeting Regarding the Award of the Building Improvement Grant for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Cycle, in the Amount of $105,500.00 for the Central Business District and $53,250.00 for the South Historic District.
