(KL), John Addison Routh & John Routh Jr, 7338 Swartburg Road 42-23 NPCC - Accumulation of debris (There was a large accumulation of debris on the side of the residence next to the garage. Photos were taken of the debris on the side of the residence. Debris consisted of plywood, metal, and construction materials, and an open trailer with other debris inside. The debris was wrote up in violation of city code.)
