7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the third amendment for Contract No CM3596-A3 for Tim-Prep, Inc., to extend the term for one (1) additional year, expiring September 30, 2027, in the amount of $290,000.00.
8. H Authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM3899-A1, an Amendment to Sponsorship Agreement Authorizing Use of Tourist Development Tax Revenues for Sponsorship CM3899-A1 with Amelia Island Dance Festival, Inc. to host the Amelia Island Dance Festival September 2027, in the amount of $15,000.00.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Work Authorization #01 for Contract No. CM3903 with Southeast Highway Guardrail & Attenuators, LLC for guardrail installation, maintenance and repair in the amount of $192,258.50
10. J Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Work Authorization #01 for Contract No. CM4036 with Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc for Double Chip Seal roads in the amount of $519,758.12
11. K Approve and authorize Finance Package 2026-24 and associated Resolutions
12. L Approve and authorize the Florida Department of Transportation Construction and Maintenance Agreement for the Intersection Improvement Project for State Road 200 at Stratton Road
13. M Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a formal request to revert $282,491.19 in unexpended grant funds associated with the Evan’s Rendezvous Infrastructure Repairs project
14. N Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the letter of support for Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) to submit to the National Science Foundation’s Advanced Technological Education (NSF ATE) program
15. O Approve a Resolution to replace Resolution 2026-013 removing data centers from Exhibit A, thereby excluding them from consideration under the County’s Economic Development Grant (EDG) Program and making them ineligible for County economic development incentives.
