- B Acknowledge the Callahan, Florida, Annual Christmas Parade hosted by the West Nassau Historical Society, approves the ongoing support for the Callahan Christmas Parade, and directs the County Manager to continue to provide the support of the Public Works Department at a level generally similar to prior years.
- C Approve and authorize the Chair to approve payment of the Project Invoice – Final Retainage for CM3414 to ACON Construction Company Inc., in the amount of $260,511.56.
- D Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment CM3815-A3 for Jax Utilities Management, Inc to amend the initial term by an additional year and increase the compensation amount by $500,000.00.

- G Acknowledge the County’s acquisition of, and acceptance of maintenance for, approximately 0.17-acre parcel at 462960 State Road 200 as part of Animal Resources Campus extension, effective August 12, 2026, pursuant to Contract No. CM4111, with The Blue Gargoyle, LLC
- H Acknowledge the County’s acquisition of, and acceptance of maintenance for, approximately 1.34-acre parcel at 942611 Old Nassauville Road, effective August 21, 2026, pursuant to Contract No. CM4180, with Gannon and SarahBeth Woods.
- I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4190 with Enviromatic Systems of Fort Worth, Inc. DBA Facility Automation Solutions, Inc for Maintenance and Technical Support for HVAC and Access Control Systems in the amount not to exceed $279,776.00.
- J The Clerk of Court/Comptroller submits various warrants/wires and disbursements to meet the requirements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1) .
- K Consider the following, 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to ratify and sign CM4137 the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and executing all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Lofton Creek Viewshed – Rayonier Forest Resources LP property under the CLAM Program, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to sign any closing-related documents.
- L Consider the following, 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to ratify and sign CM4138 the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and execute all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Piney Island Viewshed – Orchid Jones, LLC property under the CLAM Program, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to sign any closing-related documents.
- M Consider the following, 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to ratify and sign CM4154 the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and execute all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Lofton Creek Viewshed – Yulee Methodist Church property under the CLAM Program, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to sign any closing-related document.
- N Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement with William C. Clardy, Jr., Contract No. CM4192, for the purchase of an improved parcel at 86071 Pages Dairy Road adjacent to the Yulee Sports Complex, for the purchase price of $130,000.
- O Approve and authorize the Chair to sign CM4136-A1, the First Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Raydient LLC, and approve County staff to proceed to closing pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, CM4136, with Raydient LLC for the purchase of approximately 207 acres on Mentoria Road for conservation purposes, for the purchase price of $3,591,742.29, including authorizing the Chair to sign a Reciprocal Easement Agreement in a form approved by the County Attorney as part of closing, and authorizing County Manager to sign any other closing documents.
