1. B County Administrator's FY27 Final Budget Presentation and Discussion.
2. C District 1 Board of Governors Resolution adopting the final millage rate for Fiscal Year 2027.
3. E Approval of Resolution adopting FY 2027 Monroe County Organizational Chart as the official organizational structure of Monroe County government, effective October 1, 2026. The resolution also authorizes the County Administrator to make routine administrative revisions and the incorporation of the Organizational Chart into the County's Administrative Code upon creation.
4. F Building Department Summer Study Presentation regarding proposed building permit fee study and update of building permit fee schedule, necessary to comply with new statutory requirements for building permit fees (House Bill 803) and to balance Building Department revenue and expenses; including approval for County Administrator to execute an Agreement for Building and Permitting Fee Schedule Study with JRD & Associates, Inc., once finalized, with a total cost not to exceed $78,527.
5. G A Public Hearing and Approval of a Resolution of the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Land Authority adopting a Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
