H Approval by BOG of the 1st Extension of the Agreement between Monroe County, FL and ESO Solutions, Inc. for EMS Enterprise Software Solutions and Support, exercising the first of two (2) renewal options to extend the current term for a new two (2)-year period starting on October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2028 at 11:59pm EST, and authorizing pricing as set forth in the existing Agreement (invoiced annually); the annual cost for Fiscal Year 2026-27 is $60,993.27, using Funds 001, 101, 141, 148, and 404.

K Ratifying and approving the State of Florida-funded Grant Agreement between the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) and Monroe County to provide funding in the amount of $60,253.53 to complete the Call Handling System (CHS) Configuration for Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) project sourced from the 911 State Grant Program S28-26-07-07, retroactively effective as of July 17, 2026, and ending on July 16, 2029; and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Grant Agreement.
  8. M Approval of an Amendment to the Contract with Live Flyer, Inc. for a 2-Year Extension to the Contract for the Installation and Maintenance of Aids to Navigation and Regulatory Markers in Monroe County.

Q Ratification of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between Tranquility Bay Adult Day Care of Marathon, Corp., ("TB of Marathon") and Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (Monroe County Community Services) to add Section 45, "Notice of Interruption of Services; Relocation," to remain consistent with similar provisions added to another provider's contract for similar services. Funding is through apportioned Title IIIE funding pursuant to the Older Americans Act and the corresponding grant agreement/amendments (OAA Contract #AA2659, Amendment #001 and Amendment #002).
  13. R Approval of a $0 agreement with property owner Florida Keys Vacation Rentals, LLC to allow access and use of the lot located at 118 Old Fashion Road, Tavernier for placement of the air curtain system as part of the Tavernier Breakwater Repair and Air Curtain Installation Project to protect Canal #105 from floating vegetation, and to allow for future right of entry by the County and its designee for maintenance and repair of the system.
