Reso. #R8290 acknowledging the modification of the residential unit mix within the Regional Activity Center, pursuant to the Educational Mitigation Agreement, as amended, between the City of Miramar, Broward County and the School Board of Broward County; further acknowledging that, since the modification does not generate additional students beyond the 1,009 students currently permitted under the Agreement, no amendment thereto is therefore required.
