SECOND READING of Temp. Ord. #O1834 amending the Land Development Code of the City of Miramar, pursuant to Section 302 thereof, as well as Section 166.041(3)(C)(2), Florida Statutes; more specifically by amending Chapter 4, “Zoning”, to add a new Section 409, “Live Local Act,” for development of statutorily authorized mixed-use affordable housing residential development within the commercial, industrial, and mixed-use zoning districts in which the mixed-use directive is applicable; providing Land Development Regulations and providing an administrative approval process and by amending Section 405, pursuant to Section 1002.42, Florida Statutes, as created by Chapter 2024-101, Laws of Florida for education (private schools); providing Land Development Regulations and providing an administrative approval process; making findings; providing for repeal; providing for severability; providing for correction of scrivener’s errors; providing for codification; and providing for an effective date.
