APPROVE THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MARGATE, FLORIDA, HEREBY AUTHORIZES THE ADDITION OF NON-BARGAINED FOR POSITIONS OF ONE (1) FULL-TIME DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF AND THREE (3) FULL-TIME ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEFS TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, TO PROVIDE FOR AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF DIVISION FIRE CHIEF, WITH THE POSITIONS TO BE PROVIDED FOR DURING THE BUDGET AMENDMENT PROCESS.
