- Purchase request for one (1) Aluminum Biosolids Trailer for the amount of $77,423.00 from Mac Trailer Manufacturing, Inc., contract holder for Sourcewell contract # 092922-MCT.
- Ratification request of the purchase and installation of two (2) new 12.5-ton Honeywell HVAC units and one (1) air handler for the Leesburg Police Department’s first floor. Due to the urgent need to restore climate control within the facility, the equipment was procured from Garden City Westbrook Holdco, LLC, for the amount of $117,463.51.
- Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Leesburg Fire Department to apply for, and if awarded, accept the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Grant, for an amount not to exceed $45,000, for the purchase of rescue and extrication equipment; and providing an effective date.
- Ratification request of the emergency purchase and installation of one (1) 12.5-ton Carrier HVAC unit and one (1) 15-ton Trane split system for the Leesburg Resource Center. Due to the urgent need to restore climate control within the facility and maintain essential community services, the replacement equipment was procured from Garden City Westbrook Holdco, LLC, for the amount of $137,655.48.
- Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to participate in the Non-Motorized Traffic Monitoring Program in order to collect and maintain statistically valid bicycle and pedestrian volume on the Lee-Wild Trail; and provide an effective date.
