Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida approving the First Amendment to the Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for Orange Bend Ranch, as entered into by and between the School Board of Lake County, Florida, Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, and the City of Leesburg to extend the term of the Agreement until December 17, 2026; and providing an effective date.
2. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Construction Services Agreement with Nidy Sports Construction Company, LLC for the design-build construction of pickleball courts for an amount not to exceed $1,395,000.00; and providing an effective date.
3. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute FAA Grant Agreement 3-12-0042-036-2026, for the Taxilanes Rehabilitation Construction, for the Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date.
4. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Fifth Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Lake County, Florida and the City of Leesburg relating to the provision of library services; and providing an effective date.
5. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction agreement between the City of Leesburg and C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc., for the Taxilanes Rehabilitation Project, at the Leesburg International Airport, for an amount not to exceed $870,575.00; and providing an effective date.
6. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Task Order with AVCON, Inc., for construction administration services for the Taxilanes Rehabilitation Project, at the Leesburg International Airport, for an amount not to exceed $115,950.00; and providing an effective date.
7. An Ordinance of the City of Leesburg, Florida, amending the City’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 25, Section 25-292, to create subsection (26), Historic Structure Density Bonus Outside Designated Historic District; and providing an effective date. (Historic Structure Density Bonus Amendment)
