2. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida approving the First Amendment to the Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for Tierra Vista, as entered into by and between the School Board of Lake County, Florida, Trinity Land Company, LLC, and the City of Leesburg to extend the term of the Agreement until December 28, 2026; and providing an effective date.
3. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Gray Robinson, P.A. for lobbying services; and providing an effective date.
4. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Gas Service Agreement between the City of Leesburg and Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., regarding natural gas service to the development known as Orange Bend Ranch Pods 5 & 7 and Spine Road Phase 2; and providing an effective date.
5. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Amended and Restated Non-Residential Lease Agreement between the City of Leesburg and the Leesburg Boating Club, Inc., for the purpose of extending the term of the lease to expire December 31, 2056; and providing an effective date.
6. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute FAA Grant Agreement 3-12-0042-038-2026, for the Airfield Signage Replacement Design, for the Leesburg International Airport; and providing an effective date.

8. Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Leesburg, Florida, authorizing an amendment to Personnel Policy 340 to designate June 19th (Juneteenth) as a paid holiday for eligible city employees; and providing an effective date.
