Pursuant to Chapter 30 “Unified Land Development Regulations,” Section 30-128 “Administrative Adjustments,” of the Town’s Code of Ordinances (the “Town Code,” the Applicant has requested an administrative adjustment from Section 30-313 (t)(2)(b)(1) “Permanent Generators” of the Town’s Code, to permit the encroachment of a generator one (1) foot , four (4) and one-quarter (1/4) inches into the required 5-foot side setback for the property located at 228 Imperial Lane (the “Property”)
