- Resolution 2025-101 - Variance - First and Final Reading - A Resolution granting a variance from the provisions of the Memorandum of Agreement of Ordinance 2022-15, which requires a minimum setback of 50 feet from Highway 466. The variance request is to allow a 14-foot by 47.66-foot portion of the northwest corner of the proposed fuel canopy to be constructed within the required 50-foot setback, on property owned by VSI Lady Lake, LLC, located south of Highway 466 and east of Cherry Lake Road, within the Town Limits of Lady Lake, Florida.
