Approving the Third Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City and Casa Cayo Hueso, LLC d/b/a El Meson De Pepe to extend the existing lease term for the property located at 410 Wall Street at Mallory Square for an additional twelve (12) month period to September 30, 2027 to be amended, as needed, based upon the Commission's determination regarding the tenant's request for a reduction in base rent; Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to Agreement, as approved by the Commission, and any other necessary related documents, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
