*Approving the "First Amendment to Keys Overnight Temporary Shelter (KOTS) and Essential Governmental Employee Housing Interlocal Agreement" (ILA) between Monroe County and the City of Key West, Florida, as attached hereto and made a part hereof, to allow the Key West Police Department's Marine Unit to use the one-story non-residential building on the Trumbo property as a satellite office; Authorizing execution of the ILA by the Mayor.
