Amending the Fee Schedule for special events held in the City and pavilion rentals, as attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, pursuant to the Commission's conditioned approval of Resolution No. 26-164 on June 4, 2026; Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute any necessary related documents to ensure implementation of the Special Events and Pavilion Rental Fee Schedule, upon advice and consent of the City Attorney.
