Describing the method of assessing solid waste costs against properties located within the City of Key West, pursuant to Chapter 58 - Solid Waste, Article V - Annual Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Assessments of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida; Determining solid waste costs and solid waste service assessments; Directing preparation of an initial Assessment Roll; Authorizing a public hearing and directing published notice, and notice via first class mail to the owner of all assessed property, no less than twenty (20) calendar days prior to the public hearing.
