An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Key West, Florida amending Sec. 26-72.c., Regulation of Wedding Ceremony on the Beach, Div. 3 - Use of Beaches, Article II - Nuisances of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida replacing the language "..the three areas at Smathers Beach.." with the language "..specific areas on City-owned public beaches.." to allow the public to apply for a Beach Wedding Permit to reserve designated areas on City-owned public beaches for a beach wedding ceremony; Providing for severability; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.
