*Approving the request received by the Key West Police Department from the Conch Republic Marine Army (CRMA), a 501- (c)3 non-profit organization, requesting a donation in the amount of $2,400.00 from the Law Enforcement Officers Trust Fund (State Forfeiture Funds), in accordance with F.S. 932.7055 (5)(c)3, Florida Statutes, to assist CRMA in providing two (2) student clean-up trips focused on restoring the mangrove islands and nearshore waters around Key West, Florida; Authorizing execution of necessary related documents, budget transfers and/or adjustments, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
