Approving and authorizing the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Key West and Monroe County for the conveyance of real property known as Higgs Beach located at 1040 Atlantic Boulevard, Key West, FL, from Monroe County to the City of Key West; Approving the acceptance of said property by Quit Claim Deed to be executed by the Mayor of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County; Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Agreement and any necessary documents, upon review and consent of the City Attorney.
