Expressing the City's concerns regarding SB 1134 and HB 1001 relating to official actions of local governments; Finding that the proposed legislation may unnecessarily restrict municipal home rule authority, expose local governments to costly litigation, and adversely impact cultural, economic, and procurement activities; Directing transmittal of this Resolution to the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, and the members of the Monroe County Legislative Delegation.
