*Approving the "Additional Out-of-Scope Letter Agreement - Belt Press Rehabilitation" as attached hereto and made a part hereof, between the City of Key West, Florida and OMI/Jacobs in an amount not to exceed $90,534.40 to provide needed support to the belt filter press/dewatering equipment at the Richard A.
