*Authorizing Just a Few Friends, Key West LLC to conduct "Just a Few Friends, Key West" at the Truman Waterfront Major Field and a second line walking parade honoring Jimmy Buffet's legacy on the 3rd anniversary of his death on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M; Pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; Authorizing the closure of certain streets or portions thereof for said event from 4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area; Granting an exemption from the Noise Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 6-86 of the Code of Ordinances.
