*Approving a Community Aesthetic Feature ("CAF") Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the design, installation and maintenance of Key West "Welcome" and "Thank You for Visiting" signs to be installed at the intersection of US-1 and North and South Roosevelt Boulevard, also known as "The Triangle"; Authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary related documents and budget transfers/amendments, which shall include future renewals and extensions, upon consent of the City Attorney.
