Approving the Revocable License Agreement for Use of City Property between the City of Key West, Florida and the Key West Film Society d/b/a the Tropic Cinema to present "Movies Under the Stars on Eaton Street" from 5:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. one Saturday per month beginning November 8, 2025 through April 18, 2026 on one City block of the City roadway immediately adjacent to, and owned by, the Tropic Cinema, located at 416 Eaton Street, Key West, Florida; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Revocable License Agreement for Use of City Property and any necessary related documents and/or budget transfers/amendments, upon consent of the City Attorney.
