Recommending the City Commission direct City staff to issue four (4) Requests for Proposals for repairs and improvements to the hockey rink located on School Board property, subject to School Board authorization and any required Interlocal Agreement, with a March 2026 deadline for completion of the RFP process for all four (4) RFP's to ensure all repairs and improvements to the hockey rink can be programmed into the FY 2025-2026 budgeting season and establish a deadline of December 2026 for completion of all repairs and improvements to the hockey rink.
