Approving the proposed "Occupied Transient License Agreement", attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, to exempt up to twenty-three (23) identified monthly transient tenants residing in the City Marina at Garrison Bight and currently paying $32.24/ft. as of June 4, 2025 from the adjusted rate increase of $55.00/ft. and contingent upon the tenant's execution of their agreement by November 1, 2025 following Commission approval or their rates will be increased to the adjusted rate of $55.00/ft; Authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary budget transfers, adjustments or other related documents, upon consent of the City Attorney.
