*Approving and accepting the attached “State of Florida Department of Transportation State-Funded Grant Agreement” for funding in the amount of up to $500,000.00 ($500,000.00 City match) for Key West - Von Phister Street Safety Improvements; Authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary documents upon consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing approval and execution of subsequent amendments to this Grant Agreement which may adjust grant funding allocations to the City or modify the project scope and period of performance upon consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing necessary budget amendments and transfers to accept the funding.
